I have the pleasure to inform you that the 9th International Exhibition of Means for Provision of State Security "INTERPOLITEX-2005" will be held on 18-21 October 2005 in Moscow at the All-Russia Exhibition Center (VVTs), Pavilion #69.

According to the state policy in the field of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states the INTERPOLITEX-2005 exhibition is called up to become the largest in the Euro-Asian region exhibition event displaying the up-to-date achievements in the field of armament and special police equipment. It is supposed that more than 500 Russian Federation defense industry complex enterprises as well as enterprises from the CIS members-countries and foreign states will take part in the Exhibition.

The Exhibition is organized by the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation. All executive preliminary and organizational work for holding the Exhibition is entrusted to JSC "Interpolitex".

Within the Exhibition program the CIS Antiterrorist Center is planning to held international conference "Anti-terror-Comprehensive Approach"  with the active participation of the heads of counter-terrorism agencies of the CIS countries and foreign states (Germany, Israel, USA etc.) as well as representatives of a number of international organizations and institutions.

Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation considers International Exhibition of Means for Provision of State Security "INTERPOLITEX-2005" as the main exhibition organized in the interests of the law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and that is why the Ministry is the organizer and permanent participant of this exhibition event.

Primary task of the exhibition and its business program is to assist to modernization of the technical equipment of law enforcement agencies, other government structures, enterprises and organizations of public and private system dealing with ensuring safety and security, on the basis of direct dialog with the enterprises-manufactures and suppliers of special police equipment and means for ensuring protection, safety and security.
